Emonics LLC is seeking a Construction Site Management Specialist to manage our construction projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including supervising site operations, directing sub-contractors, and maintaining material inventory.
About the Role:
- Supervising site operations, directing sub-contractors, and maintaining material inventory
- Ensuring that all equipment is safe and ready for operation
- Reporting any damage or non-functioning parts and equipment
- Maintaining normal servicing of equipment and advising field service technicians as needed
- Operating motor vehicles and equipment necessary for project completion
- Performing labor incidental to operating equipment and other laboring tasks when required
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the heavy civil construction industry
- Experience reading blueprints
- Field supervision experience required
- Possession of a valid driver's license
