The Electrical Superintendent will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects on commercial job sites. This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all electrical codes and specifications. The Electrical Superintendent will supervise electrical teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications & Experience :
Master Electrician License (Required).
High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant vocational training).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Proven experience in managing commercial electrical construction projects.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and national electrical codes (NEC).
Proficiency in using electrical tools, equipment, and project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
In-depth knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to electrical work.
Ability to lead and supervise a team of electricians effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
