Job Details
Job Description & Skill Requirement :
Primary Focus
- HV safety curriculum and coordinate onsite training regularly.
- HV station reediness (OP810-860, OP270, OP280, OP440...)
- Detailed station layout including :
- HV PPE storage
- Boundaries
- Lights / Signals
- Material flow and layout
- Sourcing and procurement of above supplies
- Develop HV station Audits to be completed by TMs
- HV work instruction final audit and updates
- Help develop and source HV battery returnable container that works with inspection process
- Help develop and audit HV battery QC / Control plan
- Define in station test / checks
- Source tools and equipment for checks
- Develop and audit Chassis HV only QC / control plan
- Long term battery storage solution
- Lead development of plan and putting ROM quotes together
- OP280 Commissioning
- Audit and update SWI
- Help development of short-term interface to check all control functions
- Help develop what future state looks like
