Working on 6G, you will hone your skills working with peritoneal dialysis, accessing ports, and administering chemotherapy. Number of Beds : 24 Patient Populations / Typical Diagnoses : cystic fibrosis, arrythmias, immunocompromised patients, kidney failure, infections, paralysis, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, and stroke Targeted Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 4On 6G we pride ourselves in fostering a compassionate and highly collaborative environment that empowers nurses. Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Two years experience as an RN with a minimum of two years of experience in the area of concentration. Must have a valid, active unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the Georgia Licensing Board. Nursing certification preferred. Completion of formal preceptor training workshop. BLS required and ACLS may be required in designated departments. If promoted internally or hired externally, the incumbent must complete UNE criteria requirements within nine months of promotion or hire, including completion of Enhancing your Communication HLC#6488.
