Description
Implements the mission of Emory Healthcare by striving to meet the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, families, and staff. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification by Association of Professional Chaplains/National Association of Catholic Chaplains (or eligible); Denominational endorsement; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required (Master's in Religion/Divinity) desirable); Professional knowledge of medical moral matters.
- Experience in ministry to the sick, preferably in a hospital setting; counseling skills.
- Ability to counsel and support patients, families and staff.
