Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Field Services Technician III is managed by the Field Services Manager and works under the direction of the Field Services Leads.
- Provides onsite support in resolving incidents for hardware, software, and printing issues in a Windows domain environment. Provides customer consulting and service request fulfillment for desktop related projects.Participates in training for new Field Services Technicians.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field OR Three years of information technology experience OR five years Information Technology experience without a degree.
- A Certification or another Information Services related Certification preferred .
