Description :
The department does not have set or blocked schedules.
Weekend shifts are assigned in an alphabetical rotation.
Assigned weekend shifts can be during the day or night.
There is a requirement for 4-6 late / call shifts per 6-week schedule.
This includes 1-2 late shifts per week and 1 overnight call from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Up to 24 hours of weekend call is required in a 6-week schedule.
The role requires working one major and two minor holidays, which can be either day or night shifts.
RN candidates may perform charge duties during any off shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Only one week of vacation time will be considered within a single contract.
