Description

The Coordinator II of Transportation & Parking Services coordinates one or more programs within Transportation and Parking Services (TPS): transportation, parking, or fleet programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Works closely with departmental customers to identify appropriate permit, commute alternative program or fleet product or service needs.
• Monitors transportation and parking customer listserv, special event programs and service quality issues.
• Schedules, organizes, and promotes transportation, parking, and fleet program outreach and education.
• Maintains and tracks customer interactions using a variety of systems, including customer relations management system, parking management systems, access control systems, transportation systems and related tools to process transactions, investigate, and resolve issues.
• Assists management with program administration and communication.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal
• Facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, project managers, and operations and maintenance personnel.
• Collaboration:
• Experience contributing to teams of all sizes.
• Experience with building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Experience:
• Parking software and equipment familiarity – examples – TIBA, Flash.
• Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Inclement weather and event planning, implementation, management.
• Managing Projects:
• Strong skills in organizing, prioritizing, and producing several tasks concurrently. 
• Experience with building and maintaining timelines.
• Demonstrated quality control and quality assurance through project deliverables.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five years of position specific subject matter knowledge and/or experience in parking, transportation or fleet
• OR a bachelor's degree and one year of position subject matter knowledge and/or experience in transportation/parking/fleet management.

NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option. Emory reserves the right to change this status with notice to employee.
