In order to be considered you must have 2 years of Experience in a Behavioral role .
As a DSP Behavioral Health Worker, your role is to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. You will help them navigate daily activities, foster independence, and create a positive environment that promotes growth, empowerment, and personal success. Some of your responsibilities include:
· Behavioral Support: Assist individuals in managing and addressing behavioral health challenges by implementing individualized care plans and therapeutic strategies.
· Encouraging Independence: Empower individuals to engage in daily tasks, develop life skills, and build self-confidence in a supportive and understanding environment.
· Providing Compassionate Care: Offer emotional support and build strong, trusting relationships with individuals, ensuring they feel valued, heard, and respected.
