What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Therapist position at EmotiCare?
EmotiCare is a growing agency with room for creative expansion and innovation. This job is for a licensed therapist for our Northern Arizona facility located in the high desert town of Rimrock just south of Sedona. We offer a beautiful 28-acre campus with a 53-bed capacity providing residential treatment for girls from around the country needing behavioral health care. Most cases involve a trauma history combined with disruptive behaviors. We have onsite equine therapy.
Responsibilities
Works on campus providing therapy to youth residents in a residential treatment setting. Provides individual and family sessions. Works as part of a team
Qualifications
Masters level youth and adolescent therapist. Must be able to provide family therapy. Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health in Good Standing. Associate or independent level Social Worker, Counselor. Experience in trauma informed care, positive psychology preferred
