The Role :
We are on the hunt for a Creative Director to lead the creative vision, strategy, and execution for our brand. This role is critical to shaping how our brand is expressed across all platforms with a focus on social media content and video. The Creative Director should also have experience developing sales materials, e-mail marketing campaigns, websites, and e-commerce content. The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller who thrives on ideating and delivering content that captivates and converts. They must combine a "big idea" mindset with the ability to execute projects efficiently, especially in a start-up environment that demands agility, resourcefulness, and speed.
The ideal candidate must have expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, as well as expert-level proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Development
- Lead creative ideation and execution for social media content, including videos, photography, reels, and more.
- Oversee the development of brand materials, such as in-store signage, packaging, and promotional collateral for grocery retail.
Create cohesive campaigns across all digital channels (website, email marketing, digital ads).
