The Entry Level Client Associate will act as an ambassador between our clients and potential customers in the Philadelphia area. The ideal candidate for the Entry Level Client Associate position is able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while providing exceptional sales service to both our clients and prospective customers.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Client Associate:
- Provide outstanding sales support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Facilitate interactive presentations to potential customers by providing product and service information and sales quotes.
- Work with fellow Entry Level Client Associates to successfully contact all provided leads
- Stay up to date with all client information, any promotions, products or service updates
- Build strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate client records.
Entry Level Client Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field at least 1 year working in a customer- or client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
