This posting is for multiple jobs and locations as they become available. Most jobs are prevent events at private locations however there are some that are more permanent with set hours. The pay rate may vary a little from event to event hence the listed pay range. Don't hesitate to reach out with questions or to be at least added to the call list.

There are jobs that do pop up last minute so an extensive call list is definitely needed.

This role is for those who are passionate about supporting and empowering individuals and clients with diverse needs. Candidates will engage in various security tasks that contribute to the needs of the client(s) and or site. Social skills, community integration, providing essential services in a flexible work environment are vital in today's climate.

Duties

• Provide Unarmed security at assigned locations whether it be in plain clothes or uniform whichever the particular requirement is.
• Be able to understand and mitigate the clients needs and challenges.
• Assist in recruiting qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.
• Implement tailored plans when necessary to the unique needs of clients.
• Help one another as needed to complete the task at hand and to ensure the client and or site is protected.
• Be able to stand for periods in different climates as necessary to complete the assignment.
• Experienced with working with individuals, groups, such as events or individual protection details is desirable.
• Knowledge and compliance of NJ State SORA regulations is mandatory.
• Well groomed and neat appearance along with always being on time is a must.
• A smart phone is desired along with the ability to use apps. Assistance is always available when needed.
• Background, Military, and or Security are preferred however all work experience is considered.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A passion for work that empowers us all to succeed towards successful employment and more job opportunities verses a self based attitude.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evenings as needed
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Nights as needed
• Weekends as needed
