The position: A high-energy Front of House employee

Who we’re looking for:

Energetic and friendlyindividuals who thrive in a busy environment and are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience along with great food. This role includes cashier and counter service, but it’s so much more than that. You’ll be the face of our brand, making every guest feel welcome and ensuring their visit is nothing short of awesome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and energetic attitude.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit transactions.
• Provide outstanding service, ensuring every guest feels appreciated.
• Keep the front-of-house area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain our high customer service standards and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in serving, sales, or cashiering preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and the ability to hustle during peak times.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to commute to work.

• Active bank account for direct deposit.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $13/hr tips (Up to $20-$28/hr)

Starting pay is $13/hr and the tips last pay cycle averaged $12.50/hr focombined rate of $25.50/hr. (Compensation listed at up to $25.50/hr range includes tips)
