Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location : Hospice of Marion County-East Team
Position Type : Full Time Days 8a-5p M-F
Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Deliver professional and courteous nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Medication Management : Supervise and teach medication administration and record-keeping by family or caregivers.
- Reporting : Communicate daily schedules and report patient changes to the RN Clinical Manager (RNCM) or Primary Nurse.
