Job Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals with early stage of dementia. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients through attentive care and assistance with daily activities.

Duties
As a Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition for clients.
- Monitoring client' health by observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior.
- Supporting clients with mobility.
- Driving client to appointments and activities like going Bowling etc.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Engaging clients in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Documenting care provided and any observations related to client's health.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, particularly in home care.
- Strong skills in patient observation and monitoring to ensure safety and comfort.
- Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach towards caregiving.
- Previous Experience with Dementia and Alzheimers care.
- Knowledge of direct support techniques for individuals with varying needs is a plus.
- Must have a reliable car and be able to drive senior to do errands and activities.
