Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and executive support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence. Additional tasks include preparing and sending invoices, calling prospective clients, performing general administrative assistance, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will also function as a project manager for our church livestream services.
Qualifications

- Experience with preparing and handling invoices/expense reports
