POSITION SUMMARY:

As our Operations Manager, you’ll spearhead our daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across our field teams in the Tampa area. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead field teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination to maintain property standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and property owners to ensure seamless operations.
- Solve problems proactively with a solution-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor and develop team members to foster growth, engagement, and high performance.
- Apply past experience in hospitality—preferably in vacation rentals—to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of Leadership experience: Experience leading teams, making decisions with confidence, and driving operational success in hospitality (vacation rentals, preferred).
- Experience leading and building hospitality teams rooted in excellence
- Exemplary planning, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Proactive Problem-Solving: You’re a natural at spotting challenges early and taking the initiative to implement practical solutions.
- Effective Communication: You are a strong communicator able to mentor a team member, coordinate with vendors, or resolve a guest's concerns in a clear and professional manner.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Annual Salary: $85,000 base salary

Schedule: Full-time hours; This is about 50-60 hour a week position as we are a small vacation rental management startup; Tuesday to Saturday full days; Sundays about half days and Mondays off.
