We’re looking for a Deskside Support Specialist I near the northside of Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity to kickstart or further your IT career by working directly with a variety of systems and clients. You’ll be the go-to person for on-site technical support, helping our clients stay up and running smoothly.
What You’ll Need:
One (1) of the following:
High School diploma with 1-3 years of IT support experience
Relevant IT certifications (Entry-Level: CompTIA A , M365 Fundamentals)
An Associate’s degree or higher in an IT-related field
Advanced certifications like CompTIA Network , Security , or M365 Administrator Associate are a Plus.
What You’ll Do:
Provide friendly and effective on-site support, ensuring positive experiences for all end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with both Windows and Mac OS devices.
Work within established SLAs to respond to phone and email support requests in a timely manner.
Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support as needed while efficiently managing and triaging incoming tickets.
Document your solutions and processes to contribute to the team's knowledge base.
Operate in a dynamic environment where you’ll need to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Skills We’re Looking For:
Basic troubleshooting skills with Windows and Mac OS
Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure, and Active Directory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
A willingness to learn and ask questions, and the ability to follow established processes
