Experience in accounting, cash handling, or customer service is preferred but not essential.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Driver Check-Out Management:
o Efficiently oversee the check-out process for drivers, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions and paperwork.
o Coordinate with logistics to maintain up-to-date records of driver schedules and dispatches.
o Quickly resolve any discrepancies or issues during the driver check-out process.
Cash and Check Handling:
o Manage and process large cash and check transactions daily with high precision and security.
o Reconcile cash receipts, prepare bank deposits, and adhere to strict internal control measures.
o Process and document check transactions, ensuring proper authorization and documentation.
Customer Service:
o Handle both internal and external customer calls, providing professional and courteous service.
o Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information promptly.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving.
Team Collaboration and Communication:
o Collaborate with accounting and logistics teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
o Communicate effectively with team members and management to address financial questions and customer concerns.
o Contribute to team meetings with ideas for process enhancements and efficiency.
Required Skills/Abilities:
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Prior experience in accounting, cash handling, or customer service is beneficial.
o Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
