About the Position:
We are seeking a Document Coordinator to join our Compliance Department on-site at our Home Office in Pottsville, PA! The primary function of the Document Coordinator is to provide customer service to all campuses and Home Office departments regarding the processing of admission paperwork for future and re-enter students. Some of the responsibilities for this role include contacting various educational institutes, reviewing documents for accuracy, correcting and/or entering data in the Student Information System, and utilizing a computer-based telephone system to answer and document incoming calls from field-based Co-Workers. This is an hourly position and may require some evening and weekend hours.
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required. A post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of prior office experience.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability to navigate computer-based systems and Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
