We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced card business The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Lead and supervise daily operations of the card shop ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to build a motivated team focused on excellence.
- Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste and control costs.
- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for efficient transaction processing and reporting..
- Monitor financial performance through sales analysis and budgeting to achieve operational goals.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales field
- Strong knowledge of sports is a requirement as we sale all manor of sports cards.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
