Responsibilities
As the ADON, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. You will:
- Coordinate and oversee comprehensive nursing care.
- Implement specialized procedures and programs to enhance resident outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services and Nurse Managers to set and achieve goals.
- Maintain compliance with operational policies, state, and federal regulations.
- Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Actively participate in the nursing home survey process.
- Oversee infection control and quality assurance programs.
- Supervise, educate, and train nursing personnel.
- Develop and organize in-service and training programs.
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Team-oriented with strong leadership skills.
- Infection Prevention experience preferred.
- Experience in training and educating others is a plus.
