As our receptionist , you'll play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all who come in and out of our long-term care facility.

  • Responsibilities :

    • Your daily tasks will include :

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting callers with questions or comments
  • Greeting families and visitors with a friendly demeanor
  • Managing filing, cash handling, and sorting mail
  • Operating various office machines
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

    • Hours : Friday- Sunday / Every Other Weekend
