As an RN EOW Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring high-quality care within the facility. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Staff Supervision: Ensure compliance among nursing staff, CNAs, and medical personnel, maintaining high standards of care.
- Care Plan Review: Address any issues or concerns related to care plans and collaborate with caregivers to implement necessary changes.
- Quality Reporting: Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care.
