RN Supervisor Responsibilities:

As an RN EOW Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring high-quality care within the facility. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Staff Supervision: Ensure compliance among nursing staff, CNAs, and medical personnel, maintaining high standards of care.
• Care Plan Review: Address any issues or concerns related to care plans and collaborate with caregivers to implement necessary changes.
• Quality Reporting: Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of patient care.
• Mentoring & Support: Offer guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, encouraging professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence in care.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate RN Supervisor who:

• Holds an active RN license in the state of Georgia.
• Has nursing home or long-term care experience.
