YOU have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work at our exceptional Skilled Nursing Facility! We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Scheduler to join our already amazing team.
As the Scheduler at Fayetteville Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the satisfaction of ensuring excellent resident care by coordinating reliable and adequate nursing department schedules based on staffing guidelines. This position is PERFECT for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
The Scheduler prepares the daily and master schedule for the nursing department. The Scheduler will also track absenteeism / tardiness and provide reports to the Director of Nursing weekly. As the Scheduler you will also inform Director of Nursing and Human Resources of vacancies, transfers, etc. and meet with new hires to review staffing guidelines.
What you will bring to the table :
- At least one year of clinical scheduling experience strongly preferred
- Extraordinarily strong computer skills, scheduling software experience helpful
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all personalities
