Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various environments, including commercial spaces, hospitals, and custodial areas. This role is crucial to ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all staff and visitors.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and free from dirt and debris.
- Conduct floor care activities, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain clean floors.
- Follow OSHA guidelines to ensure safety and compliance in all cleaning procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in Medical building settings, adhering to strict health regulations and protocols.
- Provide custodial services that include waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques specific to various environments.
- Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to cleaning and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within designated time frames.
