Empire Coach Line, a leading motorcoach operator in Central Florida, is seeking a talented Recruiter/Administrative Support Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company while also leading our recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and onboard talented drivers. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting and administrative support, along with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential driver candidates.
- Partner with local organizations, schools, and job fairs to attract potential drivers to the company.
- Provide an exceptional first impression to new applicants by ensuring a welcoming and positive onboarding experience.
- Conduct background checks, verify driver's licenses and medical certificates, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records, including licenses, medical certificates, and insurance.
- Work with the operations team to coordinate schedules and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team and other departments within the company.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in the transportation industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations regarding driver qualifications and licensing is a plus.
