The Assistant Superintendent supports the Superintendent in managing the construction process for assigned homes, ensuring all specifications are met by the Pre-delivery Inspection. This position involves supervising the scheduling and direction of Trades to ensure quality standards, building codes and health & safety regulations.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $54,000-$67,000 USD annually. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of relevant job experience, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Empire Communities is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions located in other states.

- Supports the Director, Construction to manage building inspection outcomes and resolutions as directed throughout the construction sequences to completion
- Supervise and monitor Trades achieving 100% completion within quality standards per Statements of Work
