The Superintendent oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects. They are responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards, and overseeing the worksite. They collaborate with trade partners, vendors, homeowners, and the community sales team to ensure that each home meets the company’s quality standards.

The anticipated compensation range for this position is $60,000-86,000 annually. The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of relevant job experience, years of experience within the required industry, education, work location, etc. Empire Communities is a multi-state employer and the salary ranges indicated herein may not reflect positions located in other states.

- Minimum of 2 years of residential construction and customer service experience
- Strong customer services skills, problem solving and organizational time management skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication; demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage relationships

- Communicate with vendors, trade partners, and subcontractors to confirm schedules, validate work, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a safe and organized work site, enforcing safety policies and adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Oversee project compliance with plans, specifications, industry standards, and codes, and manage material orders and inspections.
- Foster positive relationships with homeowners, team members, and trade partners, handling customer service and warranty requests.
- Prepare and manage punch lists, warranty work orders, and ensure tasks are completed to satisfaction.
