Duties
- Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts receivable records, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, following up on outstanding payments as necessary.
- Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies by investigating and resolving customer queries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable.
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal policies.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or PeopleSoft for data entry and analysis.
- Perform double entry bookkeeping to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Skills

- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy; familiarity with 10 key typing is preferred.
