- Working one-on-one with customers and clients
- Understand customer needs and quickly provide solutions
- Manage, update, and maintain customer accounts
- Create reports of all customer interactions
- Identify new business opportunities
- Supply high quality customer service
- Build the skills to increase customer loyalty
