About the Position:
The primary function of the Financial Assistance Processing Coordinator is to play a key part in Empire Beauty School's mission by supporting the financial assistance application in the awarding and reporting process. The coordinator evaluates and resolves all electronic communication between the Department of Education and Empire Education Group and/or regulatory agencies in compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Associate degree in Accounting or comparable experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- If a candidate has Federal Student Loans or Pell Grants, they must be in good standing.
