Customer Support Representative (Remote)

Sales Support & Execution: Facilitate the entire sales process from introduction to closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every customer.

Customer Satisfaction: Provide prompt and courteous service, resolve customer issues professionally, and set clear expectations for service delivery or follow-up actions.

Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant information to support customer relationships and provide feedback to the management team.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and support teams to help meet company goals and ensure our customers' needs are met.

What We're Looking For:

Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Experience with sales or working in an environment with set targets is a plus.

Customer-Centric: A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring clients have a positive experience every step of the way.
