What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Gymnastics Coach position at Empire Gymnastics Training Center?
Empire Gymnastics is seeking a Preschool Gymnastics Coach to lead classes on Monday - Friday 3pm to 7:30pm and Saturday 9am-12:30pm. These classes include preschool aged students ranging from 18 months-5 years old.
Candidates must instruct and demonstrate gymnastics techniques while ensuring safety and proper form, maintain a safe and clean gym space, adhering to all safety protocols, foster a positive and encouraging environment to boost children's confidence and skills, and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
We are seeking someone reliable with a strong background in gymnastics who also loves children. Pay will be determined by experience and any existing credentials from sanctioned governing bodies of sports or nationally accredited institutions. (USAG, AAU, NGA) Candidates must possess a high energy, positive approach with a genuine desire to impact young children's lives through gymnastics.
Transportation required.
Candidates should have the following characteristics: Motivational and inspires athletes to improve and work hard, knowledge in preschool gymnastics, excellent communication skills with participants, parents and program directors, good character and positive role model.
