A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HVAC INSTALLATION APPRENTICE
In this full- or part-time position, you are eager to improve your skills as you learn the trade from the ground up! Alongside our experienced HVAC technicians, you work in the field. As you assist them and help increase their efficiency, they mentor and train you on everything from how to establish customer rapport to how to service and install heating and cooling systems and equipment. When the installation job is completed, you make sure to clean up the site thoroughly.
You also pick up and deliver parts and supplies to and from our warehouse, distributors, and different job sites. When using company vans, you help to keep up with vehicle maintenance. Always attentive to detail, you assist with managing our warehouse by organizing our parts and materials, cleaning up, and managing various shop maintenance tasks. You love learning new things each day and take pride in completing quality services!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION APPRENTICE
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Willingness to learn
Previous HVAC technician experience would be a plus. Are you flexible and adaptable? Do you have strong organizational skills? Are you a team player? Can you pay close attention to detail? WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN HVAC INSTALLATION APPRENTICE
This entry-level HVAC technician position works from 7:15 am until the job is complete. Monday through Friday and a scheduled 1-2 Saturdays per month
