WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Familiarity with the home services or HVAC industry would be preferred. Experience with ACOWIN or similar dispatch systems would be a plus. We'll train the right candidate in these areas! You just need to meet these criteria:
- 1 years of dispatching experience
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer proficiency, data entry skills, and ability to use Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and phone skills
DAY-TO-DAY
You usually work from Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30/6:00 pm, with some Saturdays and seasonal overtime as needed.
As a Lead Dispatcher, you manage a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our dispatching operations. You're the master of the phones, answering calls from customers and gathering information about their needs. You schedule appointments based on availability and urgency and efficiently dispatch field techs to their next jobs. A team player, you help out with others tasks around the office to make sure every day is a successful one. You're the backbone of our service department and we wouldn't be the same without you!
