Job Description:
Empire Insurance Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Line Insurance Agent Account Manager to join our team. This position offers competitive commission-based compensation and is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in commercial insurance lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage existing client accounts and develop new business in the commercial insurance market.
Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
Process policy renewals, endorsements, and claims as needed.
Develop and execute strategies for increasing business through referrals, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of policies and claims.
Attend client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed to build business relationships.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including liability, property, auto, and workers’ compensation.

New Business Commission: 60/40 split on new business and broker fee (60% for the agent).
