Description

Job Description: Front Desk Concierge

A Front Desk Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants and their clients, ensuring their needs are met, and enhancing their overall experience within a private office building. They act as the first point of contact, offering assistance with, recommendations, and various requests. Additionally, they guide tenants and clients to the doctor's office within the building, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities

  • Tenant and Client Reception: Greet tenants and their clients upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

  • Information Provider: Offer information about local attractions, parking and services available to tenants and clients.

  • Special Requests: Handle special requests and complaints from tenants and clients efficiently and professionally.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of tenant and client.

  • Mail and Packages: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages for tenants and clients.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in coordinating special events within the office building, such as meetings and conferences.

  • Client Communication: Interact with tenants and clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.

  • Safety and Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of tenant and client information and building data.

  • Elderly Assistance: Guide elderly individuals who may get lost to the doctor's office within the building.

  • Computer and Email Usage: Tech-Savvy and proficiently use a computer and Outlook email for communication and administrative tasks.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficient in using a computer and Outlook email.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
