Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including resident relations and maintenance coordination.
- Utilize Microsoft Suite and CRM for managing owner accounts and property records.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with community standards and maintenance requirements.
- Handle resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Negotiate contract agreements and renewals on behalf of the community.
- Maintain accurate administrative records related to property management activities.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff or contractors for timely repairs and upkeep of the properties.
- Attend annual community meetings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
