Responsibilities
- Lead team members to complete opening and/or closing duties.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests.
- Operate POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food items following safety and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
- Learn and adhere to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
- Basic math skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
