Our starting wages in our FORT LAUDERDALE office:
With an increase every 2 months for the first year
0-2 Months = $16/hr | 3-5 Months = $18/hr | 6 - 1 year = $20/hr | 1 Year $22/hr
We are located at 2601 East Oakland Park Blvd, Suite 600, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33306.
Customer Service Representative
When customers call us for help, they often need help with their seminar registration as well as other matters. A good customer service professional can guide the customer through the registration process and help with the process and follow up questions. We are looking for someone who has the following skills.
- Ability to support the customers with their questions about our courses
- Provide some technical support as customers need to access their Members Portal
- Create Certification certificates for their professional education credits.
- Attention to detail is critical
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Follow scripting and gathering new or existing client information
- Ability to be patient and maintain positive and upbeat demeanor
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills

- Full Time - Full Day 8 hour , 1 hour lunch (M-F, no on call or weekend)
