About the Role
As a Customer Service Professional , you will play a key role in supporting our Inside Sales Team and entire company by supporting customers with various matters pertaining to their registrations, members portal, certifications, education credits, various technical matters, and much more. In addition customer service executives will have opportunities to upgrade customers and be involved in sales matters- leading to opportunities for promotion into our dynamic sales team. This role is a launchpad to a rewarding sales career—top performers have the opportunity to move into a Senior Sales Representative role, where earnings exceed $120,000 annually. Other growth opportunities include growth within the customer service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customers with various individual needs
- Help with registrations
- Support inside sales team with follow up calls
- Create Certificates for Physicians and other professionals
- Prepare training material for upcoming classes.
- Manage all customer related issues including refunds and credits.
- Assist the Inside Sales Team with lead follow-ups, emails, and scheduling calls
- Manage CRM data entry and ensure customer records are up to date
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and direct potential customers to the right courses
- Support outbound sales initiatives, including follow-up calls and emails
- Provide detailed course and membership information to prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance the customer journey
- Maintain a professional and knowledgeable presence in all customer interactions

- Experience in communication, customer service, or administrative roles preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for healthcare, education, or aesthetics is a bonus
