Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled mig welder / fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves welding, finishing, and ensuring that our custom metal products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform MIG welding on a variety of metals including galvanized and carbon steel. (Metal Gauge ranging from 24ga to 16ga)

· Assemble welded parts to meet design specifications and quality standards.

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

· Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.

· Maintain and clean welding equipment and tools.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a MIG Welder, preferably in a custom metal fabrication environment.

· Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

· Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
