- Assist customers throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive sales experience
- Promote and upsell services to meet customer needs and achieve sales growth
- Create meaningful rapport with customers by exceeding excellent customer service standards
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Remain up to date on product offerings, promotion eligibilities, and overall changes in the market
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times
- Help connect people to the newest & top telecommunication products and services
