Local NC CDL Driver

Benefits/Pay

• 75 cmp for all miles.
• 1k minimum per week.
• Sign-on bonuses $2,500.
• Annual Bonus.
• Drivers are set up as independent contractors. (1099).

Requirements

• Must possess a class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) & a valid medical card.
• Experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD units, Tablets, etc).
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) *No DUI in the last 5 years.
• 2 years of experience.
• Must be able to work 5 days a week (sometimes more if hours of service allow).
  
  

Responsibilities

• Must have knowledge of dry van and reefer trailers.
• Perform routine inspections on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and log books.
• Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to report any issues or delays in delivery.
