Responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proper use of hand/power tools
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, work on feet for 8 hours
- Work in all weather conditions
- Must show up on time
- Maintain work area, vehicles and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion
- Perform maintenance on equipment to keep in a satisfactory working condition
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, stick and service welding
- Work multiple jobs and meet deadlines
- Read blueprints
- First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
- OSH 10
- High school or equivalent is required
- US work authorization is required
- Valid driver’s license is required, CDL is a plus
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Demonstrate ability to work independently while also able to work in a team setting
- Willing to work M-F with weekends and overtime when needed
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools
- Ability to, or learn to operate heavy equipment, i.e., skid loader
