JBS is seeking an hourly PRODUCTION Team Member! Position starts at $18.00 per hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- General labor must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance.
- Laborers must be able to concentrate on their tasks without distractions.
- Operate heavy machinery.
- Provide labor support to other areas.
- Arriving at scheduled time, working where and as directed, and staying until work is done, or until supervisor and/or manager indicate work is done. Some overtime work may be scheduled and required.
- Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them.
- Must be well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Display a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Adaptable and dependable with the ability to follow directions and work cooperation with others.
- Must maintain a helpful and professional attitude and appearance.
Qualifications
- Requires ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Additional qualifications as needed
Work Environment
The work environment may include cold and/or hot temperatures for majority of work shift. It may also require the use of sharp tools such as knives.
