Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. This role is essential in providing effective pest management solutions to our clients, ensuring their environments are safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team! No experience is required for this position, as we will provide paid training to the right individual to ensure success. Training includes identification of insects, experience in the field, and certification through the State of Michigan. Please note, a valid drivers license, background check, and a satisfactory motor vehicle report (MVR) are necessary for this position.
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement pest control plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Apply appropriate pesticides and treatments using various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
- Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and best practices for maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Proficiency in driving and operating vehicles for transportation to job sites.
- Interpersonal communication.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service offerings to clients.
- Ability to work independently, as well as, part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
