We’re looking for an Image Management and Data Specialist who is ready to join our team. Duties include using various software to edit school, sport, and graduation images, accurately match them to names, format spreadsheets of data, market images to families, and deliver the images to partner schools and organizations. Some background in image editing preferred but not necessary.

Project Production (85% of position)
- Assist the entire production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet our high-quality standards.
- Review images, ensuring they meet our creative vision and technical standards.
- Data Entry - in the process of project production, there may be some typing and/or editing data sets. Some experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets will be quite helpful.
- Work closely with photographers, event coordinators, and clients to bring ideas and plans to life.
- Streamline workflows and improve production processes to maximize productivity.
General Office Support (15% of position)
- Customer Service - answering phone calls and emails
- General office tasks - filing documents, printing forms, etc.
- Packing and shipping customer orders as needed
- Assistance with sales and marketing of photo projects
- Assistance with customer service - emails and phone calls
- Other tasks as needed.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Some college experience preferred but not required
- Some experience in a production role within the photography or creative industry a plus
- Meticulous eye for detail and commitment to delivering quality images
- General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and computers in general.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM
- Some technical skills in photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop a plus
- Some opportunities for graphic design may be available for the right applicant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
